PULSIFY is a social media management platform that provides:
— Multi-platform content publishing (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp)
— AI-powered content generation (text, images, video, music)
— Automated chatbot responses on connected social media accounts
— Post scheduling and analytics
— Content studio with AI tools
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
When you connect third-party social media accounts to PULSIFY, you authorize us to:
— Access and manage your pages, channels, and groups
— Publish content on your behalf
— Receive and respond to messages using AI chatbots
— Read engagement metrics and analytics
You can disconnect any account at any time through the Service dashboard. You remain responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text, images, video, and music. You acknowledge that:
— AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
— You are responsible for reviewing all AI content before publishing
— We do not guarantee that AI content is free from errors or biases
— You retain ownership of prompts you provide; generated outputs are licensed to you for use
The automated chatbot feature responds to incoming messages on your connected social media accounts using AI. You acknowledge that:
— Chatbot responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate
— You are responsible for configuring appropriate chatbot behavior
— You should monitor chatbot conversations regularly
— We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated responses
You agree not to use the Service to:
— Violate any applicable laws or regulations
— Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
— Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
— Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
— Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by IE Kruglov. Content you create and upload remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
