This Privacy Policy describes how AIWARI (operated by IE Kruglov, hereinafter "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our social media management platform at app.aiwari.com (the "Service").

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (or third-party OAuth tokens from Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Connected Accounts: When you connect social media accounts (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp), we store access tokens and page/channel identifiers necessary to publish content and manage chatbots on your behalf.
Content: Posts, media files, AI-generated content, and chatbot conversation history that you create or receive through the Service.
Usage Data: We collect analytics about how you use the Service, including page views, feature usage, and publishing activity.

Facebook & Messenger Data
When you connect a Facebook Page, we receive and process:
We use this data solely to operate the chatbot feature — generating AI responses to incoming messages. We do not sell, share, or use Messenger conversation data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the chatbot service you configured.

Data Storage & Security
All data is stored using AES-256 encryption in a secure Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on AWS with Row Level Security enabled. All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3. Media files are stored in Supabase Storage and deleted after publishing.
Critical privacy guarantee: The platform does not have technical access to your private conversations on connected social platforms. When personal Telegram accounts are connected, only incoming messages are processed in real-time for the AI assistant — no message history is read or stored. Session credentials are stored encrypted and are irrecoverably deleted upon disconnection. No data is ever shared with or sold to third parties.
