This Privacy Policy describes how PULSIFY (operated by IE Kruglov, hereinafter "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our social media management platform at app.aiwari.com (the "Service").
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (or third-party OAuth tokens from Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Connected Accounts: When you connect social media accounts (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp), we store access tokens and page/channel identifiers necessary to publish content and manage chatbots on your behalf.
Content: Posts, media files, AI-generated content, and chatbot conversation history that you create or receive through the Service.
Usage Data: We collect analytics about how you use the Service, including page views, feature usage, and publishing activity.
We use collected information to:
— Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
— Publish content to your connected social media accounts
— Operate AI-powered chatbots on your connected pages and channels
— Generate AI content (text, images, video, music) based on your prompts
— Send you service-related notifications
— Ensure security and prevent abuse
When you connect a Facebook Page, we receive and process:
— Page access tokens (to send/receive messages on your behalf)
— Incoming Messenger messages from your page visitors
— Sender profile information (Facebook user ID)
We use this data solely to operate the chatbot feature — generating AI responses to incoming messages. We do not sell, share, or use Messenger conversation data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the chatbot service you configured.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). Media files are stored in Supabase Storage and are deleted after publishing to save space. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit.
— Account data: retained while your account is active
— Published post metadata: retained indefinitely for analytics
— Media files: deleted from our storage after successful publishing
— Chatbot conversation history: retained for 90 days, then automatically purged
— You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
We integrate with:
— Supabase (database & storage)
— Meta Platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp APIs)
— Telegram Bot API
— OpenRouter (AI text generation)
— Kie.ai (AI image, video, and music generation)
— Google (OAuth authentication, Gemini API)
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.
You have the right to:
— Access your personal data
— Correct inaccurate data
— Delete your account and all associated data
— Disconnect social media accounts at any time
— Export your data

The Service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
